The Changing Role of the Legal Trainer
Breakfast: 9:00 - 9:30 a.m. Presentation: 9:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Increasingly, law firm technology trainers are wearing more hats and doing much more than classroom training, even though our titles don’t always reflect that. At our June meeting guest speakers will discuss how and why their own roles have evolved and expanded, and how they’ve been able to leverage their talents and skills to accommodate new, often non-traditional, responsibilities. Breakout groups will allow all attendees to explore and discuss how their own roles have diversified and to share ideas about how to prepare for the future.
