Tina introduced the gamification of technology training for Summer and Fall Associate classes, ensuring an interactive and impactful learning experience, leads the Global Webinar program for ongoing technology education, and recently launched TechBYTE, an engaging pop-up experience to exhibit cutting-edge technology platforms. Tina is the co-author for the firm's training series on their Generative AI platform, LathamAssist, lead the training initiative for the firm’s pilot program of Microsoft Copilot, and was a recent facilitator at the industry's first ever AI Academy in Washington DC.

Ganiji was one of five recipients of an ILTACON 2023 Scholarship, having been awarded the Sharon Swartworth Rising Star Scholarship. The award acknowledges leaders who empower others to listen, innovate, think strategically, make thoughtful decisions, adapt, and communicate with empathy and positivity. She earned her JD from the University of Melbourne.
