Moderators



Lacy McCully, JD MBA is an Account Executive at Traveling Coaches.

Lacy McCully, a former attorney, started her career in Legal Tech as a corporate operations consultant for Fortune 500 companies where she specialized in productivity. A lifelong learner, Lacy earned her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M, a Master of Business Administration from Friends University, after completing dual baccalaureate studies in Organizational Leadership and Marketing, and currently holds FIVE advanced credentials/certifications, including CS50 for Lawyers from Harvard University.

Lacy enjoys serving on the Board of Directors of the Professional Legal Trainers Group and she is currently writing a children’s book, inspired, in part, by her young daughter. It should come as no surprise to those who have met her that it rhymes.




Moji Shabi is the Technology Training Coordinator at Akin.

Moji is also the Co-Vice President/Secretary at PLTG. In addition to working with firms such as Heller Ehrman and Weil Gotshal, Moji has also worked with companies in various industries such as the Blue Man Group, People Magazine, and Goldman Sachs.

Even though Moji started as a computer engineer at Lehigh University, her eventual theatre degree and minor in computer science foreshadowed a flourishing career in technology training.

Mojisola Shabi hails from Brooklyn, NY, likes listening to British radio shows and makes short films.

Cindy Meidt is the IT Education and UX Manager at Blank Rome LLP.

Cindy is the IT Education and UX manager at Blank Rome LLP and has been in the IT Education field for more than 25 years with 15 of those years in legal. She finds being involved in all aspects of the legal tech environment fun and interesting.  She enjoys the challenges and the rewards associated with helping people to get the most out of technology, and she is inspired by seeing the lightbulb light for a learner.  Cindy loves collaborating with others and learning new things, she believes that one of the most important roles of an effective teacher is to continue to learn. Whether it be taking classes, creating courseware, reading, observing, or questioning, you will often find Cindy with some form of learning at her fingertips. 



Kenny Leckie is a Senior Technology & Change Management Consultant at Traveling Coaches.

He consults all around the US and abroad in areas of security awareness, change management, user adoption, adult learning, employee engagement, professional development, and business strategy. Kenny is a former law firm CIO (self-described as a recovering CIO) and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. He is also an author, speaker, and a winner of International Legal Technology Association’s (ILTA) 2018 Innovative Consultant of the Year.



Mischa Kischkum is the Learning Management System Administrator & Technology Training Coordinator at WilmerHale LLP.

In his role developing training and onboarding at law firms, Mischa’s been placed in I.S. (I.T.) as well as in H.R. departments. He’s a Certified Professional Trainer (CTT+) by the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA), and is currently helping to develop weekly use-case scenarios for Copilot, which is already rolled out at the firm. From his former life as an actor/ writer, he can still be seen in syndication, playing a principal role opposite Ice-T on the longest running TV series in history, “Law & Order: SVU”.




Nelson Valdez is the Technology Education Manager at Perkins Coie.

Nelson is the Technology Education Manager at Perkins Coie LLP. He is responsible for the implementation and execution of the firm’s technology education strategy. He is a professional with over 18 years of experience supporting the learning and development needs of Biglaw firms. Nelson earned a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems. He teaches Mathematics and Computer Science courses at a college located in Westchester, NY.
