The Tik Tok generation won’t sit still for training, so how do we modernize and deliver?  This session will give hands-on experience in breaking down what might have been an hour-long class, a series of emails and a six-page printed instruction into much smaller deliverables. Four examples follow:

1) Send steps in an email

2) Describe steps in a short phone message

3) Present content in a brief video

4) Create a one-page printed instruction

Topics are provided and breakout groups discuss the appropriate methods and why they choose them. The groups then share their analysis and ideas.

Social Time 9:00 – 9:30 am
