What better way to start designing a gamification solution for your onboarding program than to participate in a gameful experience? In this unique PLTG session, you will take a journey through a proven framework for leveling up your learning design. Participants will work collaboratively in groups to rapidly prototype a solution given a list of specific limitations. Along the way you will learn the GAME Plan, a proven framework for structuring gamified learning that involves Goals, Audience, Mechanics, and Experience.
Rapidly prototyping gamification opportunities eliminates the overthinking and gets you moving toward better learning experiences that you can iterate into amazing projects. By the end you will have a workable starting point and a treasure chest full of resources to help you continue your journey.
