Inclusion LAUNCH is a series of interactive, online educational programs for building diverse, inclusive and equitable cultures for workplaces to celebrate and engage the full breadth of personal identity and experience. Inclusion LAUNCH for Lawyers is a CLE series centered on the legal industry and teaching lawyers how to make the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion matter for the work that they do. Each of the four LAUNCH lessons builds on the previous one to ensure attorneys have the right skills for DEI knowledge, bias interruption, and allyship. LAUNCH can be taken on Inclusion Nation’s learning platform, but can also easily be uploaded onto your organization's LMS with a per/seat, per/year licensing fee. And while LAUNCH for Lawyers is designed for lawyers, the regular LAUNCH courses are designed for anyone to take, including business professionals. The information, activities, and takeaways are similar so the entire firm will be on the same learning path. If learners complete all four courses, they become LAUNCH+ Certified.
