In today’s law firm the amount of time attorneys, secretaries and other staff have to attend formal classroom sessions is inversely proportional to the amount of knowledge they need to successfully perform their jobs.  This has led to the development of an ever-increasing arsenal of alternative learning methodologies.  Not just e-learning, simulations, synchronous and asynchronous webinars, and other self-service electronic learning solutions, but specialized workshops, open houses, floor support and other outreach programs.  During this session, a panel of speakers will share not only what tools and tactics they’re using and how they’ve implemented them, but how they measure their success.  We’ve also built in time for questions and answers and for members to share about the high tech, low tech or no tech solutions they use to help attorneys and staff learn what they need to know better perform their daily tasks.
