To paraphrase Henry Ford and Albert Einstein, if we always do what we've always done, we'll always get what we've always gotten. As trainers we sometimes find ourselves frustrated because we're not getting the results we expect to get from learners. This session will present some insight into two critical phases of learning - reaction and results - and help us examine and perhaps enhance our own methodologies.
