Non-members may attend one meeting per year and are charged a fee of $15.

Every firm’s method for bringing in New Hires is slightly different. At this session representatives from three New York law firms will detail recent changes to their onboarding process, explain where the changes originated, and how they were implemented and received. Group discussions will give you an opportunity to compare notes on which tactics you might implement and which are not appropriate for your firm. The meeting will conclude with a brief presentation from each group regarding favorite enhancements they plan to implement.
