Agile brings up buzzwords like transparent, results driven, iterative and accessible. Agile project management is an incremental approach to planning and guiding project processes. This June’s meeting will also include instructional design in the “agile” mix: some trainers among us are leaving ADDIE for SAM (Successive Approximation Model) to design learning content. Attend this session and learn how to practice “agile” principles in all your training projects.

Our guest speaker, Art Brown, from Om-Tech Learning, will focus on the Agile and Scrum methodology and how it is used in project management.

Richard Sites, author of Leaving ADDIE for SAM Field Guide, will join us (virtually) from his office at Allen Interactions, a leader in the e-Learning space. Richard will introduce us to “agile” instructional design known as Successive Approximation Model.
