You have a great idea for a new project, and you’re feeling excited and slightly apprehensive: “How exactly am I going to convince my boss that this is needed and worthwhile?”

Karen Kucinski, Training Manager at Wachtel, will moderate and several individuals will work in “teams” to pitch. Three experts: Jeanne Marie Boswell, Director of Technology Training at Paul Hastings; Steve Lewis, Global Director of Information Systems at Fried Frank; and Sherry Kappel, Document Lifecycle Evangelist at Litera Microsystems will be pitched to, using real-world projects. We’ll explore the do’s and don’ts of pitching to managers and learn to successfully pitch projects.   Think “The Voice” meets “RuPaul’s Drag race” meets “The Great British Baking Show”!  And, if those references are lost on you, don’t worry!  If you’ve ever experienced the frustration of pitching a really good idea and having it shot down, this meeting is for you!
